It’s hard to find a more romantic man in history than William Shakespeare, and his hometown is no exception. Stratford Upon Avon is the perfect place for play lovers and bookworms. Valencia, the 3rd largest city in Spain, is the absolute place to be for nightlife and unique cuisine. Another beach city, you won’t need an Instagram filter to capture how vibrant the miles of golden sand are in this city. Valencia’s Old Town is full of quirky cafes, street musicians, and breathtaking architecture. In fact, the architecture in this town has both art deco and Valencian gothic styles, and many of the buildings feature Valencia’s classic vibrant tiles. Last on our list is the idyllic Bruges, Belgium. This is the ultimate medieval storybook town.Unconventional, quirky, and beautiful, this Belgian city practically oozes romance. It’s home to cobbled streets, towering church spires, and quaint markets (because you know all your loved ones are expecting you to bring them a souvenir)! Take an evening stroll along a dreamy canals and you’ll feel enchantment in the air. Summer is by far the best time to visit and try some freshly-brewed beer at the De Halve Maan Brewery and spend time at the Lake of Love. Oh, and did we mention they have a chocolate museum?
