Meet The Owners
Eighteen years ago, mother-daughter duo Pauline and Erin set out to create something fresh and exciting for Milwaukee brides - with just $1,000 each and a whole lot of determination. They didn't just open Miss Ruby Bridal; they built it themselves. Erin carried in the 2x4s for the fitting rooms, they painted every wall, and together they transformed an empty space into the warm, welcoming boutique you see today.
Being family-owned and operated means everything to us. Working for a values based & lead company has always been important to me. I love being able to celebrate people for being their authentic selves & that is why I love the work I do at the boutique.

I was inspired to work in bridal because I'm passionate about helping women feel like the best versions of them. It's so rewarding to see people feel safe to be themselves in our space!

On the day to day I feel so lucky to get to use both my creativity and strategic mind to create content for our amazing brides! I love being able to film fun videos with my team members and try on SO many beautiful dresses!
I am fairly new to the bridal industry but love working in bridal because I am able to witness so many special moments around the boutique. Miss Ruby Bridal is filled with so much love and celebration and it creates the most incredible environment to create lifelong memories.

I get to do a big mix of things for the boutique! Outside of styling our brides, I am usually working behind the scenes on our inventory and making sure everything is exactly what brides are hoping for!
I was in high school during the peak "Say Yes to the Dress" days. I was obsessed with the fashion and the visions coming to life. That lead me down the road of theatre and now to living my best "Say Yes to the Dress" life and meeting all our amazing brides.

I love my days at the boutique as each one is different. Some days I’m a stylist, taking appointments and getting to work with our brides and their guests. Other days l’m assisting with operations and making sure dresses look perfect. It keeps me on my toes and flexibility is the name of the game.
Back in my college days I considered going into fashion merchandising but chose a different path with teaching. Working in bridal gives me an opportunity to connect, educate & guide brides in finding their gown. Wedding dresses are the most self expressive garment a bride will ever wear... What is more fashionable than that!

Lead Bridal Stylist & Customer Experience Specialist

You can catch me on the phone chatting about wedding plans and helping brides feel prepared for their experience. And of course, my personal favorite part; finding brides their dream dress! I love my position because I get to interact with most of our Miss Ruby brides at some point in their journey.
I’m passionate about helping women feel like their most confident selves, and weddings are the ultimate day for this! My background is in educational bra fittings, so the decision to move into bridal felt very natural for me as I still get the opportunity to work with women where I can empower them to look and feel their best.
