Located in Milwaukee’s chicest neighborhood, Miss Ruby has been the area's go-to bridal shop for over 14 years. A large selection of well-known & up-and-coming bridal & bridesmaid collections are available for all brides - no matter their wedding style. But what is most important is the overall bridal experience and top-notch customer service our guests receive. Our Bridal Stylists work directly with brides to help them find the dress of their dreams. As a Bridal Stylist you will join a team of fun and supportive go-getters who love to help brides! Experienced in customer service/retail/sales in any industry – retail to restaurants to spas to fitness – whatever your background if you love to connect with people and offer an amazing experience you will excel at working with brides.
A Typical Day:

Work directly with brides helping them find their wedding gown, bridal accessories, and bridesmaid dresses.

Provide style guidance & inspiration to brides.

Ensure that all guests receive a five-star shopping experience while maintaining honesty, integrity, and professionalism on and off the sales floor.

Build relationships with your guests from first contact up until wedding day.

Answer phones, follow up with guests, unpack and steam merchandise.

Help keep the store tidy and clean.
