You Will Make an Amazing Content Strategist if You Are:

• Creative & growth-focused – you understand content is a revenue-generating tool.

• Strategic-minded – you think about calls-to-action, funnels, and how to convert engagement into booked appointments.

• Results-driven – you are excited by metrics like reach, saves, inquiries, bookings, and conversion rates.

• Analytical but creative – you review performance insights and adjust strategy to increase visibility and appointment growth.

• A natural storyteller – you know how to turn real bridal moments into emotional content that builds trust and urgency.

• Skilled in Canva and creating eye-catching, elevated, on-brand graphics.

• Confident on camera – filming Reels, TikToks, behind-the-scenes clips, and “yes” moments excites you.

• Trend-aware & adaptable – you understand hooks, retention, and platform optimization.

• An excellent communicator – you nurture DMs and comments with warmth while confidently guiding leads toward booking.

• Organized & self-driven – you can plan, schedule, and execute consistently without constant oversight.

• Aligned with our values of inclusivity, authenticity & community impact – you are proud to represent a brand that welcomes ALL with open arms.

• Comfortable working in-store at times – capturing authentic moments during appointments and events is part of the growth strategy.

• Flexible with evenings/weekends occasionally – some of our highest-converting content happens during real bridal celebrations.

What You’ll Get:
