Experience your unforgettable say "YES" moment at home with a hand-curated box of beautiful wedding dresses sent directly to you. The at-home shopping experience includes a virtual appointment with an expert bridal stylist that will be there for you via video chat throughout the whole process.
Your personal stylist will guide you through trying on, answering any questions you have, providing expert style advice, & celebrating with you when you find the perfect dress.
And of course there will be a special treat included for when you say yes!

HOW IT WORKS

Complete our appointment form so we can get to know you, your style, and more about your wedding.

Your stylist will then chat with you by phone and/or video. You'll work together to hand-pick 3 fabulous styles & then your stylist will choose one more magical dress (we know you'll love it)!

Try on all your gorgeous options during your scheduled virtual appointment as you talk through everything with your personal stylist. Your box will also contain all the tools needed for trying on & saying "YES"!

Say "YES" to your dream dress & celebrate with your own special Miss Ruby treat & the
"I Said Yes to the Dress" sign included in your box. Welcome to the Miss Ruby family!
FAQ's
What if I already have my bridal gown but want to shop bridesmaid dresses or bridal accessories at home?
We have options for you! From custom styled shop at home look books, to virtual appointments, and try on at home options we've got you covered. Contact us with your requests and we'll let you know how we can help you get those checked off your list!
How do I pay & is payment due in full?
We will email you an invoice for your styling fee that you will need to pay before your box is shipped to you. When you say "YES" to the perfect dress a 50% deposit is due to place the order and the other 50%when your dress arrives.
How do I ship the dresses back?
When we ship your box to you, you will also receive an email to schedule a UPS pick up. Once you have tried everything on, just pack the dresses back up in the box they arrived in and tape on the label emailed to you. You are also welcome to drop the box off at a UPS store.
How long will my dress take to arrive?
Your box will arrive in 7-10 business days from when you approve the styles. Once you order your dress, it will arrive in store in approximately 8-12 months. These dates are always changing and your stylist will give you more specific lead times during your virtual appointment.
How long can I keep my box?
You can keep your box for up to 3 days from the day it arrives, but we bet you won’t wait very long to start trying on!
Do I get to choose the dresses in my box?
An expert Miss Ruby stylist will send you options based on our online style form you filled out. You get to approve 3 of the options and we will send you one stylist pick as a surprise! But don't worry we'll communicate quite a bit to make sure your dream dress is in the box!
How much will the dresses in my box cost?
The dresses we carry at Miss Ruby range from $1200-$3000. We will work with you before we send your box to make sure we only send dresses that are within what you want to invest in your dress.
What else comes in the box?
Your box will include 4 bridal gowns, 1 veil, bridal gown clips for fitting the dresses, a measuring tape for taking your measurements, along with a couple other surprises to make trying on and saying yes easy and fun.
What size do I order?
Once you say yes to the perfect dress, your personal stylist will walk you through taking your measurements (using the measuring tape included in your box) and selecting the best size to order!
Do I have to make a purchase from my box?
Nope! We have a good feeling you will find the perfect one, but no worries if you don’t! If your dream dress isn’t in your box, we will work with you on finding more styles that you will love. We know your dream dress is waiting for you at Miss Ruby!
Will the dresses in my box be my size?
Just like when you shop in store, dresses will likely need to be clipped so you can see what they will look like in your size. We will provide clips in your box and walk you through the process of getting it just right. We will also discuss ahead of time which sizes will be best to send you.
If I have tested positive for Covid-19, should I still request & return a box?
If you or anyone in your home has tested positive for Covid-19 or is experiencing any sick symptoms, please notify us by text or email right away and we will discuss a plan. We have processes in place to receive your items in a safe way and sanitize them.
