We are more excited than ever to have you in the shop! The safety of our guests & staff is our top priority as we continue to navigate the pandemic. 

​

  • MASKS: Masks are optional at this time.  
     

  • GUEST COUNT: To ensure a comfortable & safe experience all bridal & bridesmaid appointments will be allowed up to 4 guests (in addition to the bride).  Our Private Appointments can accommodate up to 10 guests.  We are always happy to accommodate additional guests via FaceTime. If you have additional guests you'd really like to join you & are flexible with the date & time of your appointment make sure to reach out to us - as sometimes exceptions can be made during slower appointment times (mostly weekdays).
     

  • EXPOSURE/SICK: If you or any of your guests have tested positive for COVID-19, are experiencing symptoms of COVID-19, or have been around anybody that has in the last 10 days we ask that you please cancel. 
     

  • SHOP AT HOME: If you aren’t comfortable visiting the store or you are at high-risk  Virtual and Shop at Home appointments for brides, bridesmaids, and accessories are available - click here for more info.
     

  • CONSULTATIONS: If you aren’t ready to say yes to the dress please consider a Consultation (Virtual or In-store) first as appointments are limited.

Here’s how we will help you stay safe during your appointment:

  • We are limiting the number of people in the shop at all times.

  • We are allowing extra time in between all appointments to ensure our store is cleaned and sanitized.

  • Appointments will be modified to reduce physical contact between staff & guests.

Miss Ruby Boutique has the right to cancel any appointment at anytime where we feel these are not being followed and/or we feel we are put at an increased risk.  We are so excited to help you find your dream dress but we need to keep risks low for the safety of our team and guests. Please respect our time, health, and safety and we promise to do the same.
